and conversations we have with you. Additional information may come from state Motor
Vehicle Departments, CLUE (industry generated loss reports), loss runs obtained
from other carriers, police traffic accident reports, attending physicians statements
and the Medical Information Bureau.
The information collected is shared with the
underwriting, claims and audit departments of various insurance companies for the
purpose of underwriting and or servicing your accounts with us.
We do not sell or otherwise distribute any nonpublic personal information about clients or former
clients.
We will share nonpublic personal information with your prior authorization
or if required to do so by law enforcement, government or regulatory agencies.
We have also implemented procedures in our office to safeguard your personal information.
These procedures include, but are not limited to, the locking of unattended computer
screens and the use of the services of Shredding On Site.
